Felicity has worked with horses from a very early age and has spent years working with fantastic trainers in all equestrian fields all over the world and today has a wide selection of skills.

Felicity competed in PC as child and as she grew up she worked for International showjumping yards. She worked for a Show Horses stud and local producers as a groom and rider to aid in producing young horses. Fliss gas also been lucky enough to have had some fantastic working placements with a selection of Grand Prix BD riders and it was through her riding she was noticed where she kept her horse on livery to to join their team as a riding instructor at a BHS- approved riding school.

Whilst Felicity was at the riding school she was invited to further her qualifications and join the USA Equine Facilitated Experiential Learning Apprenticeship where she spent 3 years and lots of traveling back and forth from Arizona to study. 

Fliss has had the privilage of working with some really special people although now enjoys the quieter life and rides and trains in British Dressage and was the worlds youngest EponaQuest Instructor. 

Felicity Glenister now resides on site managing Priory Farm Equestrian, teaching, schooling horses and hosting events. She also travels Internationally from time to time helping people find their heart horse and coaching courses. Her travels have taken her to co facilitate Epona Quest and to Minnesota USA to co facilitate Rocky Mountain horse riding holidays and western gait riding techniques and also all over Spain riding training and finding clients their future dream horses. Fliss loves to travel.

Felicity has qualified as a UKCC Coach level 2 and is planning to continuing on with her level 3 in the little spare time she has.

Felicity is also a qualiified wildlife photographer although her equestrian commitments means theses days she doesnt have as much time to further her photography.

Daniel Glenister - Director of Priory Farm Equestrian & Buisness Head at JCB.

BA Hons Accounting & Business, CIMA qualified.

Daniel came to horses with a little protest when he met Felicity as this is Felicity's main time commitment. Felicity and Daniel inspired each other in growing strength to strength. Since Daniel finished university he has worked for very large successful companies.

Daniel started his journey at Arvato UK Ltd as a management accountant for 4 years. There he learnt a broard set of skills within the manufacturing sector.

After four years of the packaging industry, Dan decided to further his skills and accepted a job for 2 Sisters Food Group as a Management Accountant. This was a multi billion pound company stretching Dan to his maximum ability to which he more than stepped up to. 

Since then he has now moved on to work for the world famous construction and agricultural equipment manufacturer JCB as a financial controller and was announced global financial controller. 

Dan developed his career not just within Finance but also outside of being appointed a management role as a Business Head within JCB at Attachments. At Attachments he has shown the ability to manage a business unit and develop the unit accordingly successfully.

Currently Dan works as Buisness Head/ Manager at JCB Logistics. He looks forward to developing himself within this area of the business. 

Over the years Daniel has collected a wealth of knowledge in business accounts and business development and we cannot recommend him enough.

Poppy Skidmore - Senior Yard Hand & Rider -  Coach

Poppy is very passionate about her work and joins us to develop her coaching and advance riding. Poppy adores her horses and enjoys showing and dressage in her spare time. She is a very valued member of our team and also a valued instructor for West Midlands Pony Club. 

Frankie Bennett - Rider, Coach and Yard Hand

BHS AI, BSJA Rider

Frankie has been part of our team in one way or another for as long as I can remember. She has worked with horses from a young girl and her main focus is  showjumping. She has produced many horses from unbroken through to Foxhunter BS classes. 

Frankie joins us on a part time basis whilst running her own yard at home.

Libby is a fantastic asset to the team and always with a big smile. Libby is our youngest member of the team training at college as a vet nurse. Libby loves horses and rides her own whilst enhancing her equine experience and knowledge with our team. 

Jess Jennings- Yard hand & trainee Rider

Equine Level 3 Diploma, PC rider and qualifications.

Jess is the newest member of our team. Jess is passionate and hard working and really enjoys show jumping. Jess has competed at HOYS winning multiple classes and looks to develop her horse knowledge and riding skill as part of our team.

Alice Beardmore - Yard Hand & trainee rider​ & student 

Alice joins us to expand her horse knowledge and develop her riding. Alice is very passionate and loves caring for the horses. She has a great eye for detail and is currently training to move the her BHS stages exams. 

Larna Inns - Yard Hand & Rider

BE rider

Larna competes BE and seeks to develop her eventing riding career and is currently producing a string of horses at home in her spare time. Larna was influenced by her mum whose a freelance groom and rider. Larna has also worked for UK dressage rider and trainer Richard Davidson. Larna is also currently training for her HGV. We look forward to seeing this young rider blossom.
