Felicity has worked with horses from a very early age and has spent years working with fantastic trainers in all equestrian fields all over the world and today has a wide selection of skills.
Felicity competed in PC activities and BSJA as a child and as she grew up has worked for International showjumpers, affiliated Showing Horse stud and local producers as a groom and rider to aid in producing young horses. She has also had some fantastic working placements with a selection of Grand Prix BD riders and it was through her riding she was noticed and asked where she kept her horse on livery to to join their team as a riding instructor at a BHS- approved riding school.
Whilst Felicity was at the riding school she was invited to further her qualifications and join the USA Equine Facilitated Experiential Learning Apprenticeship where she spent 3 years and lots of traveling back and forth from Arizona to study. Fliss has had the privilage of working with some really special people although now enjoys the quieter life and rides and trains in British Dressage and is currently the worlds youngest EponaQuest Instructor.
Felicity Glenister now resides on site managing Priory Farm Equestrian, teaching, schooling horses and hosting events. She also travels Internationally. Her travels have taken her to co facilitate Epona Quest and to Minnesota USA to co facilitate Rocky Mountain horse riding holidays and western gait riding techniques and also all over Spain riding training and finding clients their future dream horses.
Felicity has qualified as a UKCC Coach level 2 and is continuing on with her level 3. She has also become a BD Judge and plans to further herself as a judge.
Felicity is also a qualiified photographer although her equestrian commitments means theses days she doesnt have as much time to further her photography.
Daniel Glenister - Director of Priory Farm Equestrian, Financial Controller
BA Hons Accounting & Business, CIMA qualified and EFAW
Daniel came to horses with a little protest when he met Felicity as this is Felicity's main time commitment. Felicity and Daniel inspired each other in growing strength to strength. Since Daniel finished university he has worked for very large successful companies.
Daniel started his journey at Arvato UK Ltd as a management accountant for 4 years. There he learnt a board set of skills within the manufacturing sector.
After four years of the packaging industry, Dan decided to further his skills and accepted a job for 2 Sisters Food Group as a Management Accountant. This was a multi billion pound company stretching Dan to his maximum ability to which he more than stepped up to.
Since then he has now moved on to work for the world famous construction and agricultural equipment manufacturer JCB as a financial controller and is currently global financial controller.
Over the years Daniel has collected a wealth of knowledge in business accounts and business development and we cannot recommend him enough.
Vanessa Clarke- Yard Hand, Rider & trainee Instructor

Vanessa has loved horses from a little girl and has joined us for a work placement and then continued to join us as a volunteer for a year. She has shown tremendous dedication. After one year of volunteering whilst studying at Rodbaston college she has joined our team as a Apprentice to continue her studdies and gain her BHS examinations.

Poppy is very passionate about her work and joins us to develop her coaching and advance riding. Poppy adores her horses and enjoys showing and dressage in her spare time. She is a very valued member of our team and also a valued instructor for West Midlands Pony Club.
Frankie Bennett - Rider, Coach and Yard Hand
BHS AI, BSJA Rider
Frankie has been part of our team in one way or another for as long as I can remember. She has worked with horses from a young girl and her main focus is showjumping. She has produced many horses from unbroken through to Foxhunter BS classes.
Frankie joins us on a part time basis whilst running her own yard at home.
