Felicity Glenister - Director of Priory Farm Equestrian, Yard Manager, Rider & Instructor
BTEC, BA hons, BHS, BHSRRS, EFEL Facilitator, UKCC Level 2 Coach (in dressage, showjumping & cross country), BSJA Official, FAW, Child Protection, BD Rider & List 5 Judge.
Felicity has worked with horses from a very early age and has spent years working with fantastic trainers in all equestrian fields all over the world and today has a wide selection of skills.
Felicity competed in PC activities and BSJA as a child and as she grew up has worked for International showjumpers, affiliated Showing Horse stud and local producers as a groom and rider to aid in producing young horses. She has also had some fantastic working placements with a selection of Grand Prix BD riders and it was through her riding she was noticed and asked where she kept her horse on livery to to join their team as a riding instructor at a BHS- approved riding school.
Whilst Felicity was at the riding school she was invited to further her qualifications and join the USA Equine Facilitated Experiential Learning Apprenticeship where she spent 3 years and lots of traveling back and forth to study. Fliss has had the privilage of working with some really special people although now enjoys the quieter life and rides and trains in British Dressage and is currently the worlds youngest EponaQuest Instructor.
Felicity Glenister now resides on site managing Priory Farm Equestrian, teaching, schooling horses and hosting on site holidays. She also travels Internationally to co facilitate Epona Quest and to Minnesota USA to co facilitate Rocky Mountain horse riding holidays and western gait riding techniques.
Felicity has since building Priory qualified as a UKCC Coach level 2 and is continuing on with her level 3. She has also become a BD Judge and plans to further herself as a judge.
Felicity is also a qualiified photographer although her equestrian commitments means theses days she doesnt have as much time to further her photography.
Daniel Glenister - Director of Priory Farm Equestrian, Finance Manager and Events coordinator
BA Hons Accounting & Business, CIMA part qualified and EFAW
Daniel came to horses with a little protest when he met Felicity as this is Felicity's main time commitment. Felicity and Daniel inspired each other in growing strength to strength. Since Daniel finished university he has worked for very large successful companies.
Daniel started his journey at Arvato UK Ltd as a management accountant for 4 years. There he learnt a board set of skills within the manufacturing sector.
After four years of the packaging industry, Dan decided to further his skills and accepted a job for 2 Sisters Food Group as a Management Accountant. This was a multi billion pound company stretching Dan to his maximum ability to which he more than stepped up to.
Since then he has now moved on to work for the world famous construction and agricultural equipment manufacturer JCB.
Over the years Daniel has collected a wealth of knowledge in business accounts and business development and we cannot recommend him enough.
Vanessa Clarke- Senior Apprentice, Yard Hand, Rider & trainee Instructor
UKCC level 1, BTEC Extended Diploma, Distinction Level 3 Care and Management and currently studying BHS Examinations
Vanessa has loved horses from a little girl and has joined us for a work placement and then continued to join us as a volunteer for a year. She has shown tremendous dedication. After one year of volunteering whilst studying at Rodbaston college she has joined our team as a Apprentice to continue her studdies and gain her BHS examinations.
Molly Bishton- Yard Hand, Rider & trainee Instructor
FAW, BHS2, Child Protection and currently progressing through BHS examinations.
Molly has loved horses from a young age and although never owning her own she hopes to in the near future. Molly attended Ingestry as a working student to start her equestrian journey. After 4 years attending the college she applied and joined the Priory Farm Equestrian team. Molly has already proven to be a valued member of the team and we look forward to seeing this young lady blossom in her equestrian career.
Matt Frost - Instructor & Rider
Matt Frost has been riding as long as he can remember. His training has taken him world wide and eventually to his business and home AM Dressage which he co-owns with Adam Kemp.
Matt joins Priory Farm Equestrian and Felicity Glenister to provide excellent regular dressage training clinics and over the last year has become part of the family here.
Matt has countless regional titles, 6 National titles and Matt has represented Great Britain and was placed at International CDI level in 2008-2011.
We love having Matt with us and very much look forward to seeing what this rising star will do in the near future.
Katie Tyler - Yard Hand
Distinction * Extended Diploma level 3 in Horsecare & Management
Katie came to us on work experience and became a leading part of our weekend care team. We’ve witnessed her grow in to a lovely young lady over the years and know she will thrive whatever she turns her hand to. Katie has always had a passion for horses and loves caring for them in great detail and is a great asset to the yard. Katie takes care of our horses alongside studying during the week and training to become a nurse.
katie looks to develop her riding and continue in her studies.
Megan Robins - Yard Hand
Studying Extended Diploma Level 3 Horse Care & Management. All Distinctions so far.
Megan came to us as a work experience and enjoyed her time here as much as we enjoyed her being here. We invited Megan to join us in part time roll along side her studies. She is a valued and a main part of the weekend team and is the definition of service with a smile. She is a fantastic with the horses and we really look forward to watching this young lady develop.
Angela Blackman - Yard Hand, Rider & Coach
BHS Stages, BHS Coach & BD Rider
Angela came to us 5 years ago as a livery client. Although Angela was already BHS trained she looked to gain help training her green mare who was at unaffiliated level. Angela and her horse trained hard with us and went on to successfully compete at Affiliated Elementary level. Angela is currently training medium. We look forward to what’s next for her here and hope for many more happy years together.
Angela looks to develop by starting her BD judge training.
Georgie Ivens - Yard Hand
Our youngest member of the team, Student & BD Youth Team Rider
Georgie joins us part time on weekends whilst still in school. Georgie is young but has shown maturity beyond her years. She is super hard working and Is inspired by her mum Lisa. Georgie is off to a flying start BD and has competed successfully in the youth team prelim to elementary. She took part in her first medium test this year winning the class.
Georgie has also has been selected for a training placement with Pool House Equestrian Hospital so she can continue to progress. Lovely to witness this young lady develop.
Lisa Ivens - Yard Hand & Rider

Lisa keeps her lovely horses with us and joins us on a part time basis. She utterly adores her horses and her family and has a wealth of experience. Lisa spent years working for the Eilbergs and still trains with Mariah Eilberg from time to time. Lisa has competed up to Advanced Medium dressage with her lovely boy Fritz. She also spends a lot of time supporting her daughter Georgie whom also competes BD. It's lovely to have a such a lovely tallented family here, we look forward to what we hope to be many more happy years together.
