Felicity Glenister - Director of Priory Farm Equestrian, Yard Manager, Rider & Instructor
BTEC, BA hons, BHS1-3, BHSRRS, EFEL Facilitator, UKCC Level 2 Coach (in dressage, showjumping & cross country), BSJA Official, FAW, Child Protection, BD Rider & List 5 Judge.
Felicity has worked with horses from a very early age and has spent years working with fantastic trainers in all equestrian fields all over the world and today has a wide selection of skills.
Felicity competed in PC activities and BSJA as a child and as she grew up has worked for International showjumpers, affiliated Showing Horse stud and local producers as a groom and rider to aid in producing young horses. She has also had some fantastic working placements with a selection of Grand Prix BD riders and it was through her riding she was noticed and asked where she kept her horse on livery to to join their team as a riding instructor at a BHS- approved riding school.
Whilst Felicity was at the riding school she was invited to further her qualifications and join the USA Equine Facilitated Experiential Learning Apprenticeship where she spent 3 years and lots of traveling back and forth to study. Fliss has had the privilage of working with some really special people although now enjoys the quieter life and rides and trains in British Dressage and is currently the worlds youngest EponaQuest Instructor.
Felicity Glenister now resides on site managing Priory Farm Equestrian, teaching, schooling horses and hosting on site holidays. She also travels Internationally to co facilitate Epona Quest and to Minnesota USA to co facilitate Rocky Mountain horse riding holidays and western gait riding techniques.
Felicity has since building Priory qualified as a UKCC Coach level 2 and is continuing on with her level 3. She has also become a BD Judge and plans to further herself as a judge.
Felicity is also a qualiified photographer although her equestrian commitments means theses days she doesnt have as much time to further her photography.
Daniel Glenister - Director of Priory Farm Equestrian, Finance Manager and Events coordinator
BA Hons Accounting & Business, CIMA part qualified and EFAW
Daniel came to horses with a little protest when he met Felicity as this is Felicity's main time commitment. Felicity and Daniel inspired each other in growing strength to strength. Since Daniel finished university he has worked for very large successful companies.
Daniel started his journey at Arvato UK Ltd as a management accountant for 4 years. There he learnt a board set of skills within the manufacturing sector.
After four years of the packaging industry, Dan decided to further his skills and accepted a job for 2 Sisters Food Group as a Management Accountant. This was a multi billion pound company stretching Dan to his maximum ability to which he more than stepped up to.
Since then he has now moved on to work for the world famous construction and agricultural equipment manufacturer JCB.
Over the years Daniel has collected a wealth of knowledge in business accounts and business development and we cannot recommend him enough.
Matt Frost - Instructor & Rider
Matt Frost has been riding as long as he can remember. His training has taken him world wide and eventually to his business and home AM Dressage which he co-owns with Adam Kemp.
Matt joins Priory Farm Equestrian and Felicity Glenister to provide excellent regular dressage training clinics and over the last year has become part of the family here.
Matt has countless regional titles, 6 National titles and Matt has represented Great Britain and was placed at International CDI level in 2008-2011.
We love having Matt with us and very much look forward to seeing what this rising star will do in the near future.
Frankie Bennett - Yard Hand, Rider & Instructor
BHS3, BHS RRS, NVQ 2, BSJA Rider
Frankie has recently joined our team, and we are thoroughly enjoying having her. Frankie has worked with and cared for world class event horses and like Felicity hasa been involved in horses since she was a little girl.
Frankie participated in Pony Club as a youngster and has worked with race horses in her teens and has produced her own horses from youngsters to now jumping BSJA Foxhunter. Frankie is a doting mum and hopes to pass on her passion for horses and wisdom to her son.

Vanessa Clarke- Senior Apprentice, Yard Hand, Rider & trainee Instructor
UKCC level 1, BTEC Extended Diploma, Distinction Level 3 Care and Management and currently studying BHS Examinations
Vanessa has loved horses from a little girl and has joined us for a work placement and then continued to join us as a volunteer for a year. She has shown tremendous dedication. After one year of volunteering whilst studying at Rodbaston college she has joined our team as a Apprentice to continue her studdies and gain her BHS examinations.
Jennifer Armstrong- Yard Hand
FAW, BA Hons and ICT
Jen joins us after taking some time away from the education system. Jen joined us as a short term yard hand in the summer and has been with us ever since. Jen is very new to horses and the girls have had some great fun teaching Jen all about our equine friends. Jen has started to learn to ride on Felicity's horse Favoirito. Since joinin g us Jen has participated in a disection and covered Stages 1-2 in care. We look forward to seeing where Jens journey takes her too, horses or back to teaching.
Michael Khan UK- Instructor on request joins us twice weekly
BSc. (Agric.), MSc (Eq.St.), BHSII, BHSI (S.M.) EFEL Facilitator, HGV.
Mike originally trained at Talland School of Equitation under the guidance of Pammy Hutton, Molly Sivewright and Adam Kemp. He acheived a BSc in Agriculture and an MSc in Equine Science at Aberystwyth university. Mike is also a BHSII and BHSI(S.M). Like Felicity, Shelley and Tamara Mike is also Epona Quest Approved Instructor.
Mike has worked with Felicity Glenister for many years and has a huge part to play in the training of Felicity's horse Favorito55. Felicity trains with Mike weekly and both look forward to seeing whats next for the duo.
